Seattle-based, Health Care Law Firm is seeking a Sr. Associate Attorney or Lateral Partner to join their team. In this role, you will advise clients on regulatory issues and compliance, business transactions, health care operations, employment, and various legal matters.
Ideal candidates will have experience in health care regulations and compliance, negotiating and drafting agreements, mergers and acquisitions, employment, etc.

• Contracts negotiation and drafting experience
