The Roaming Teller I engages with members to resolve financial inquiries, process transactions, and educate them on Credit Union products and services while covering for absent tellers at various branches. Responsibilities Assists members, guest members and potential members with their account inquiries, performs cash and non-cash transactions and Account Maintenance While Actively Listening To And Inquiring About members needs with the objective of providing the ultimate member experience and value-added solutions Resolves member inquires with a focus on our Brand Promise while utilizing and adhering to company policies. Researches and explores potential solutions to provide alternatives for members. Follows escalation processes to direct members to appropriate team member as needed Balances cash, checks and conducts daily transactions with minimal errors Maintains knowledge of all credit union products, services, and promotions Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job-related duties as assigned Skills Promotes member financial well-being through engaging members in meaningful conversations to resolve financial inquiries Processes transactions, handles cash, provides account maintenance and/or troubleshooting Educates members on Credit Union products and services Covers for Tellers at other Branches that are absent from work Works out of their home branch and travels to other branches as needed Furnishes their own transportation to the assigned location Assists members, guest members and potential members with their account inquiries Performs cash and non-cash transactions and Account Maintenance Actively listens to and inquires about members' needs Resolves member inquiries with a focus on our Brand Promise while utilizing and adhering to company policies Researches and explores potential solutions to provide alternatives for members Follows escalation processes to direct members to appropriate team member as needed Balances cash, checks and conducts daily transactions with minimal errors Maintains knowledge of all credit union products, services, and promotions Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job-related duties as assigned Company Overview Financial Educators Federal Credit Union provides financial services.
