Position Summary
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will design comprehensive data and analytics solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies including Databricks, Collibra, and AWS. You will create reusable data management patterns and provide technical leadership to the data engineering team while collaborating across functional teams to deliver business value.
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
ā¢ 7+ years of experience with all aspects of projects from design through development, testing, implementation, and production
ā¢ Advanced knowledge of data engineering and analytics tools, specifically Databricks, Immuta, Starburst, Collibra, and AWS
ā¢ Subject matter expertise across multiple solution patterns
ā¢ Strong understanding of business processes within the Federal Reserve System
ā¢ Demonstrated experience building and leading successful teams
ā¢ Advanced skills in business enterprise knowledge and consulting
ā¢ Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies
ā¢ Expanded capabilities in strategic thinking

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and implement data mesh and data lake solutions, focusing on data ingestion, validation, and orchestration utilizing Databricks, Starburst, Collibra, and Immuta within AWS environments
ā¢ Create reusable data management and integration patterns and review them during architectural review boards
ā¢ Provide technical leadership and expertise to the data engineering team on best practices for implementing solutions with our core technology stack
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to design scalable data and analytics solutions that deliver measurable business value
ā¢ Establish and enforce data quality standards, governance policies, and data management best practices
ā¢ Optimize data pipelines, queries, and infrastructure configuration to improve overall system performance
ā¢ Identify and mitigate risks associated with data engineering, ensuring data security, contingency, and compliance
ā¢ Lead and coordinate domain technical and business discussions on future architecture direction
