RN Patient Advocate (Remote 1099)

The Role We are hiring a full-time RN Healthcare Advocate to guide Medicare patients and their families through some of the most important decisions of their lives. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between patients and a healthcare system that often feels impossible to navigate. You’ll bring clarity where there’s confusion, hope where there’s frustration, and solutions where there are barriers. This is a remote position—you can work from anywhere in the United States. What You’ll Do • Serve as a trusted partner to Medicare patients, guiding them with empathy and clarity. • Build deep, lasting relationships that center on listening, trust, and action. • Identify patient needs quickly, prioritize effectively, and develop actionable solutions. • Create holistic care plans that address both medical concerns and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), including food, transportation, and home support. • Collaborate with a fast-moving team to help design systems that make advocacy more effective and scalable. What You Bring • RN license in good standing. • Experience with diverse populations and a strong understanding of SDOH. • A deep sense of empathy—and the ability to translate that into meaningful action. • Strong clinical knowledge, paired with organizational and communication skills that thrive under pressure. • Comfort with technology and a hunger to learn new tools quickly. • A proactive, solutions-first mindset. • A willingness to share feedback and help shape a company that is building something bigger than itself. • Spanish language skills (not required but definitely a plus!)
