Shift: Days (flexible) The RN Manager is responsible and accountable for 24 hr operations, including scheduling, resources, and mentoring and/or assisting staff. Interviews, hires, and develops team members to achieve a highly effective work team. Engages in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility. REQUIREMENTS: • 2 yrs or more of Nursing Leadership REQUIRED • 2 yrs RECENT RN bedside hospital experience REQUIRED • Bachelors in Nursing (or higher) REQUIRED • RN License to practice in Virginia REQUIRED Education • RN-Bachelor's Degree, or • RN-Master's Degree Certifications • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire Facility Description: Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is a 145-bed facility featuring the latest healthcare technologies, serving Williamsburg and the surrounding community. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$91,416.00-$152,380.80.
