Job Summary We are seeking a RN Labor and Delivery to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment in Austin, Texas. The assignment starts ASAP, and you will work 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week. As a RN Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting expectant mothers and families throughout the labor and delivery process, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and families throughout the labor and delivery process Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent outcomes and implement evidence-based practices Monitor patients' progress, identify potential complications, and take prompt action to address concerns Provide education and support to patients and families on labor and delivery processes, postpartum care, and newborn care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team Requirements: Essential Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a RN in Labor and Delivery Current BLS certification National and state certification in Labor and Delivery (or willingness to obtain) RN license in the state of Texas (or willingness to obtain) Living 60 miles away from the facility to qualify for the travel rate Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits: $1,695 per week gross pay, with $1,187 in wages and $509 in stipend Quick payments through direct deposit Generous medical, dental, and vision plans Housing stipend and per diem available 401K matching with a sliding scale match up to 4% Additional Benefits: Licensure reimbursement Best-in-industry medical, dental, and vision benefits Weekly pay through direct deposit Generous referral bonus program 24/7 support 401k with employer match Guaranteed hours Assistance with travel and planning Employee discount program Competitive bonuses Why Choose Vetted Health?
