RN Consultant - Regulatory Specialist (Long Term Care)
Position Summary: (Registered Nurse - Regulatory Specialist, Long Term Care) The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for providing guidance, structure and assistance with survey management for assigned client facilities to comply with appropriate state, federal and TJC guidelines and in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards. Will assist client facilities with implementing and monitoring progress of work plans with realistic timeframes to get back on track with compliance. Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date! Posted Salary Range:USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.Wage Commensuration:The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities: Knowledge and understanding of facility policies/procedures, guidelines and state and federal regulations for long term care. Appropriately utilizes knowledge and understanding of regulations, policies and procedures to articulate accurate responses for identified survey issues. Validates facility survey readiness compliance. Manages outstanding survey documentation list for timely submission of information to survey database.
