RN-Cardiac Tele-Weekend Option

As an RN-Cardiac Tele, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients with cardiac conditions, utilizing the latest technology and evidence-based practices. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions
Utilize the latest technology and evidence-based practices to deliver innovative treatments
Work as part of a team to prioritize patient needs and ensure a seamless patient experience
Monitor and assess patients' cardiac status, including vital signs, EKGs, and lab results
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document all care provided
Remain current on best practices and advancements in cardiac care through continuing education and professional development opportunities
