Reddit Growth Strategist (Legal Services – California)
We are looking for an experienced Reddit-native growth strategist to help build authentic visibility and credibility for a California-based legal services brand. This is not traditional social media management and not paid ads. We are specifically looking for someone who understands Reddit culture and knows how to grow presence through thoughtful commenting, karma-building, and value-first participation. Scope: ~1 hour per week (ongoing) Identify relevant subreddits where legal/business discussions already happen Participate via strategic, non-promotional comments Flag opportunities where expert insight is appropriate Advise on when/if posting makes sense Ensure all activity complies with subreddit rules and Reddit norms Requirements: Demonstrated experience growing accounts on Reddit Strong understanding of subreddit dynamics and moderation Experience with professional or regulated industries (legal, finance, medical preferred) Willingness to share Reddit username(s) used for past work (can be anonymized if needed) Apply tot his job
