RMA Technician, Amazon
Description Troubleshoot and assist in identifying any potential issues that prevents items from being restocked. Follow proper procedure to document test results and quality inspections by gathering proper documentation. Identify, troubleshoot and repair any issues prior to releasing any product to the restock department. Review materials and resources to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met prior to restocking. Process product returns and Conduct product failure analysis. Handle the day-to-day RMA disposition duties. Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; creating documents as required. Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed. Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service, and Technical Support. Meet and exceed internal and external Service Level Agreements. Review current processes on a regular basis and implement new processes as required. Filter current Liquidation inventory by analyzing products for restock capabilities. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience High school or equivalent Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Preferred Qualifications Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $46,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $57,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
