In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational training to providers to promote compliance with Risk Adjustment programs. Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver educational training programs to providers on Cigna's Risk Adjustment programs.
Provide ongoing education and guidance to providers on Risk Adjustment program regulations and processes.
Monitor and review Risk Adjustment documentation to ensure compliance with program regulations.
Analyze provider performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize provider performance in Risk Adjustment programs.
Create and manage educational materials, such as videos, webinars, and presentations.
Develop and maintain relationships with providers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure Risk Adjustment program compliance.
Assist in resolving provider inquiries and issues regarding Risk Adjustment programs.
Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure Cigna's Risk Adjustment programs are up-to-date and compliant.
