Risk Adjustment Auditor (Part Time and Full Time)

Full time Risk Adjustment QA Auditors need for year-round (not seasonal) large project!
Responsibilities:
Audit/validate ICD-10-CM risk adjustment codes as applicable.
Provide audit-based feedback to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Provide education to coders for quality enhancement where applicable.
Meet or exceed quality and production standards as required.
Full Time Schedule required (40 hours/week) No part time opportunities available at this time.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in risk adjustment coding/auditing.
Minimum 3 years of QA/Auditing Educator experience to include creation and delivery of education for skill advancement of coders/auditors.
Experience with multiple risk models (CMS, ACA, etc.) required.
CPC and CRC required; additional certifications preferred. Unable to consider candidates with Apprentice credentials.
Ability to shift between guidelines per project needs.
Experience with Excel, EMRs, and Encoders.
Computer skills proficiency MS Windows, MS Office (including Excel), Teams, Internet, etc.
High Speed Internet access.
