Locations: Charlotte, NC | Chandler, AZ | Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Duration: 6+ Month Contract (High Potential for Extension) Employment Type: W2 Only Candidate Preference: Local or nearby candidates only Job Summary: We are seeking a RightFax/OpenText Fax Operations Consultant to support the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and migration of RightFax legacy systems to RightFax Connect. This role is critical to ensuring reliable and secure faxing operations within a large enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and operational maintenance for RightFax systems. • Assist in the migration from RightFax Legacy to RightFax Connect. • Monitor fax traffic and resolve delivery or configuration issues. • Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to resolve system incidents. • Document operational procedures and contribute to system improvements. Required Skills & Experience: • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with RightFax operations, support, and troubleshooting. • Proven ability to manage and maintain RightFax infrastructure in a production environment. • Experience with RightFax Connect migration (preferred). • Familiarity with enterprise messaging/faxing systems. • Any experience with Faxcom is highly desirable but not required.
