This role is responsible for ensuring the proper procedures are followed to complete RFPs which includes collaborating with the legal and infosec teams, sales leadership and regional sales personnel on all RFPs.Responsibilities:Fill out International RFPs, RFQs, RFIs for Account Managers in Enterprise Sales, SMB Sales, and Customer Success in a timely mannerStay in tight coordination with the International Account Managers you are working with on the RFP, RFQ, or RFI, as to timeline, data, and accomplishmentUse the appropriate channels and workflows when working with legal or other departments on the filling out of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIsDevelop, arrange, and ensure the library data is updated to answer all RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs appropriatelyDevelop and maintain good relations and coordination with legal and InfoSec in the accomplishment of aboveMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceExperience working with government related entitiesExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)Experience with Salesforce a plusExperience with Loopio a plusStrong verbal communicationsExcellent written communication skillsExcellent grammarExcellent time management and organization skillsTeam oriented with strong collaborative skillsOur Fantastic BenefitsWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, certification completion bonuses, and a relaxed dress code - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
