The RFE Cover Letter Writer will responsibly and reliably draft legal cover letters in response to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) issued by USCIS. Throughout this process, the RFE Cover Letter Writer will review all available case materials, follow instructions drafted by attorneys, and communicate as necessary to draft high-level, professional legal writing. A strong attention to detail and experience with drafting and proofreading documents are characteristics of an ideal candidate. This candidate must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing. *Only candidates with a legal or immigration background and extensive legal drafting experience will be considered. Ideal applicants should be proficient in creating documents like cover letters, RFEs, and NOIDs, and possess strong technical and argumentative writing skills.Job Type: Full-time.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST. (40 hours/week with an 8-hour shift and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break daily.)Pay rate: $14. 50/hr USDNote: This position requires completion of a written trial assignment (paid).
