Personal Assistant Needed – Health, Wellness, & Sports Ventures (Long Island, NY) - Contract to Hire
We're seeking a sharp, proactive Personal Assistant with 2+ years of executive or personal assistant experience for an IN-PERSON role based in Long Island, NY (or easy access to LI). This is not a virtual position.
You’ll work directly with a driven and successful executive entrepreneur in the health, wellness, and sports/recreation industries, helping plan and launch innovative business ventures. Your tasks will include:
-Conducting focused online research
-Coordinating schedules, priorities, and workflows
-Supporting day-to-day operations and project execution
-Staying ahead of deadlines and anticipating needs
Must-haves:
-Local to Long Island or nearby (able to meet in person regularly)
-Highly resourceful, organized, and a strong self-starter
-Excellent work ethic and deadline-driven mindset
-Able to travel within Nassau county and the NY metropolitan region
-Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, Canva, Zoom, and AI platforms like ChatGPT or Perplexity
