And we’re a 850-strong team of product, finance, support, commerce, and engineering specialists working across Europe – from Lisbon to London.Your OpportunityMollie is looking for a dynamic and analytical Revenue Operation Intern to support our Global Sales team in Lisbon. This is your chance to join a fast-growing scale-up with outstanding products and a strong culture and to contribute to our expansion in the e-commerce market.What You’ll Be DoingAssist with a variety of operational business development initiatives (e.g., inbound and outbound sales projects, enrichment and implementation support)Data Management and CRM Optimization: Work across existing CRM systems to consolidate and clean up lead listsSupport our Sales Development Representative team in both pre- and post-sales activities.Work cross functionally with the SE team to keep the CRM up to standardContribute to strategic discussions by gathering market insights and sharing what you learn with the leadership team.What You’ll BringA proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, familiarity with CRMs and other sales tools (Linkedin, Similarweb, Cognism, Lusha, Outreach, etc.) is a big plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail.Professional working English (our company language).Curiosity and drive, you enjoy solving problems and learning on the go.Nice to have:Any previous experience in sales, customer support, data science or marketing (e.g., through internships, student associations, or volunteer work).What We OfferA fast-paced learning environment within a European fintech scale-up.The opportunity to make an impact and contribute to high-visibility projects.A supportive team with a strong feedback culture.Hybrid working options and a vibrant local office environment.
