Retrofit Project Manager

The Project Manager will coordinate with various internal teams and customers to ensure project success, focusing on both commercial and technical aspects while managing schedules and deliverables.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with customers and EPC sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, finance, project engineers, and service teams to ensure successful deliveriesEnsure all commercial and schedule aspects of project are clear and appropriateDocument, file and organize project informationManage change orders in ERP systemDocument commercial items as neededDrive project scheduling, management, delivery, and commissioningRecommend and implement risk assessment and abatement plan to meet project budgets and targetsIdentify, resolve, and communicate resolution on customer issues, escalating unresolved issues to immediate managerIdentify opportunities and provide recommendations to business unit for improvements on sales management and project execution processesServe as single point of contact for customers on assigned projectsPerform other related duties as assigned by managementSkillsBachelor's degree required, training in Project Management ideal1-3+ years' experience in project coordination or project managementAbility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills & good customer service mentalityProactive attitudeAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsExperience in Microsoft and Google environmentsBasic understanding of technical conceptsBenefits401(k) matchingHealth insurance & Dental and vision insurance & Flexible spending accountLife insurance & Disability insuranceEmployee assistance programPaid time offTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewEPC Power creates innovative power conversion products that are stable, powerful and smaller than you ever thought possible.
