Job Description:
The Retail Stocker will be responsible for maintaining the organization and accessibility of our store’s inventory. They will unpack, sort, and stock merchandise throughout the store, ensuring that all items are available and easy to find for our customers while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
– Unloading delivery trucks and unpacking inventory.
– Sorting and organizing merchandise in the back room.
– Restocking shelves and displays with merchandise.
– Keeping track of inventory, reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
– Assisting customers on the sales floor, as needed.
– Maintaining a clean, safe work area.
Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent.
– Previous retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
– Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
– Outstanding customer service skills.
