In partnership with operations, Regional Talent Managers, Business Partners, and Leadership, the hourly recruiter will be accountable for delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional Candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process. Team RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of recruitment experienceExperience in social networking with an established LinkedIn network in-place. Knowledgeable about the use of Social Media marketing (X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, etc.) as they apply to recruitingPrior hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMSExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment of passive candidatesKnowledge of federal employment and labor laws related to recruitingAbility to interact with all levels of company employees in a confidential and discreet mannerComputer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other recruitment applications/softwareWorking ConditionsWork will be sedentary most times: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. This is a virtual remote position.
