You will participate in sales calls, addressing technical inquiries about deductions and compliance, and demonstrating how SupplyPike can effectively resolve these issues for potential customers. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to various teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, acting as an internal consultant to ensure our solutions align with the evolving needs of suppliers. Collaboration with the Product team is essential, as you will advise on feature prioritization based on real-world deductions challenges and customer feedback. Your insights will also be valuable to the Marketing team in developing content that resonates with our audience. Furthermore, you will play a key role in quarterly business reviews, helping to address deductions-related challenges faced by our customers. Requirements
5+ years of direct experience working with retail deductions and compliance programs.
