Restoration Network Development Specialist

The Restoration Network Development Specialist will provide efficient communication to prospective construction contractor partners, build partnerships, and support the Managed Repair Program.ResponsibilitiesSupport the company’s partner network with onboarding potential service providersIdentify new general construction contractor opportunities for the Managed Repair Program line of businessConduct Networking activities and establish a partner baseMake sales calls to potential partners via phoneDocument progress of activities in Salesforce applicationGenerate new relationships by cold calling, networking and client/associate referralsDevelop partnerships within the residential and commercial construction communitiesEducate Contractors on CRS Managed Repair Program Network ServicesFollow-up on requests via phone, meeting, or emailFollowing the receipt of claims, support the partner network and the department’s claims processMaintain and document renewals for partner relationships as requiredProvide performance reports as requestedPerform other related duties as necessary or as assignedSkillsExcellent sales and negotiation skillsExceptional customer service skillsDemonstrated verbal and written communication skillsA desire to motivate and excite others about the businessStrong ability to build rapport and trust with new contactsStrong work ethic and determinationAbility to set, meet, and exceed goalsEffective interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on listeningIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)High School Diploma or equivalent requiredTyping speed of 40 wpm preferredCollege Coursework preferredExperience with the construction industry preferredExperience with Salesforce preferredCompany OverviewFounded in 1989 as Corporate Relocation Specialists, CRS Temporary Housing established itself as the first temporary housing company to solely serve the insurance industry.
