Residential Energy Auditor

They are seeking a Residential Energy Auditor who will conduct energy audits in residential homes, working directly with customers to promote energy conservation. Responsibilities Learn to conduct home energy assessments & evaluations Record and report necessary data by electronic or manual methods to adhere to program requirements Troubleshoot technical problems that you may encounter during the installation of energy efficiency measures Act as a local, customer-facing program & company representative to customers to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers to energy savings Skills 0-1 year of relevant industry experience High school diploma or GED Well-spoken and a positive attitude A people person, comfortable with the idea of in-home consulting Able to learn quickly and adapt on the fly Possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation & no history of major driving infractions Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday Use repetitive hand motion & use of basic hand and power tools Use of a step stool up to 6' in order to gain access to attic space when necessary Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds as needed BPI Certification preferred, ability to obtain certification within 3-6 months, training will be provided Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; we also offer a company-paid health care concierge service to help navigate our health plan to make the best decisions for you and yours 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick, personal and parental leave time Paid Volunteer Time: giving back to our communities is important to us Employee Recognition Program – convert your recognition points into gift cards Employee Assistance Program – offers benefits to help you manage daily responsibilities Access to on-demand training courses to advance further in your career Company Overview CLEAResult is an innovative thinker in energy management and delivers the insight and technology to unleash the value of energy.
