At SummitHR, we are seeking a highly skilled Residential Closing and Funding Expert to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of residential closing and funding procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Ā Audit files for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Ā Prepare loan documents and balance signing dates and figures with closing agents.
Ā Confirm all prior-to-doc conditions are met and signed off by appropriate parties before releasing loan documents.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Ā Thorough knowledge of TRID and RESPA LE/CD requirements.
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā At least 2 years of recent residential closing/funding experience.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are desirable:
Ā Experience with Encompass.
Ā High school degree or equivalent.
