They are seeking a Resident in Media Buying & Planning to execute digital media strategies, manage client campaigns, and optimize performance across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesExecute within various digital platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/IG), TikTok, Trade Desk, and Amazon. Manage the ongoing real-time optimization of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceededEnsure campaigns are pacing effectively and efficiently by regularly monitoring performance and making changes when necessaryExecute client-facing deliverables: pacing reports, campaign build, ad-hoc analysis, in-platform optimizations, etcManage media investment across platforms daily, weekly, and on a quarterly basis, ensuring optimal budget allocationCollaborate with supervisors To develop platform strategies, audience targeting, and campaign executionPick up client communication responsibilities by presenting performance insights and recommendationsSkillsAdvanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, etcStrong problem-solving mindset and data-driven approachHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with a drive to learn and grow in digital mediaThis is a hybrid role with a required 3-4 days on-site from our NYC HY officeYou must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-FridayMedia buying experience (preferred, not required): Familiarity with platforms such as: Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn; Google: Youtube, Search, Display; Amazon: AMS, Amazon DSP; Programmatic Display/Video: The Trade Desk, DV360; Connected TV/OTT: Roku, HuluExposure to Google Analytics, MOAT, IAS, and Nielsen is nice to haveBenefitsEmployer-sponsored 401k with matchMedical, Dental, and vision coverageUnlimited PTOCaregiver (Parental) LeaveHealth and Wellness benefitsCompany OverviewVaynerX is a global modern-day marketing and communications company.
