Position Summary
This position is responsible for fulfilling document delivery, and docket and case procurement requests using traditional and online sources (WorldCat, Lexis+, Westlaw, Bloomberg BNA, Internet, PACER, Courthouse News, and a variety of additional commercial and local providers), and other light legal research requests.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for obtaining requested items via document delivery in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Coordinates Lexis and Westlaw training schedules.
Coordinates requests for materials from third party libraries and interlibrary loans where applicable.
Answers ready reference requests as needed.
Provides backup support for research librarians as needed.
