Research Reviewer - UI/UX Career Track
Description:

• At Springboard, we’re on a mission to bridge the world’s skills gap, offering transformative online education in data science, UI/UX design, machine learning, and coding.
• We are constantly testing new ways to offer a better learning experience to our students, and be better partners to our mentors.
• Students can schedule research reviewer video calls through YouCanBookMe (YCBM).
• Students will still be paired with a single mentor who will support them through the course. In addition, they will now be able to schedule one-off mentor calls with other mentors when they have completed their research presentation.
Requirements:
• Suggestion (not required) availability for at least 5 hours on average per week
• High degree of familiarity with the entire course curriculum
• Have empathy for students who are struggling
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including being able to break down complex concepts for beginners
• Fill out feedback on the coach dashboard after each ODMC call
• Experience working in User Research
