Powered by advanced tech tools and unique data-gathering approaches, 1Lattice is an integrated product suite to make decisions smartly, right from Inputs to Validation to Execution to Measurement. 1Lattice works with clients and partners globally, helping clients solving a wide variety of organizational and business challenges through actionable research-led insights.About the Role:We are hiring Research Associates for our Primary Research team, who will be responsible for collecting data through B2C surveys conducted over phone calls as well as field visits.This role involves directly interacting with individuals from our 1Network to gather insights through structured questionnaires and ensure quality survey responses are captured.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound phone calls to target respondents to administer surveysVisit field locations when required to conduct in-person surveysExplain study objectives and maintain respondent engagementAccurately record responses in the system or Excel formatsMeet targets for call volumes, completed surveys, and fieldwork timelinesCoordinate with the internal team for updates, issues, or validationsWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi (regional languages a plus)Confidence and patience while speaking with diverse respondent groupsWillingness to travel occasionally for field surveys (within city/region)Graduate or post graduate in any stream – Freshers welcomeExperience in telecalling, survey calling, field data collection, or market research is plusComfortable with basic Excel and data entryQualificationsExcellent communication skills in oral and written EnglishBachelor's degree or higher from a top tier universityFresher's can apply
