About The Role We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google and Meta Ads Manager to spearhead our Meta and Google Ads campaigns for our clients. As a Remote Google and Meta Ads Manager, you will be at the forefront of our advertising efforts, leveraging your expertise in direct response copywriting, creative design, and strategic campaign optimization to drive client success. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage Google Ad and Meta Ad campaigns that deliver results. Design visually appealing ad creatives using Canva (or similar tools), craft persuasive copy, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms to achieve optimal performance. Utilize your direct response copywriting skills to write ad content that drives action while staying true to our clients' values and brands. Continuously analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Perform recurring tasks for quality assurance, tracking KPIs, identifying problems, and optimizing for better performance. Ensure accurate conversion tracking for all meaningful events driven by our campaigns. Troubleshoot campaigns that are not performing well, identifying and addressing issues promptly. Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our campaigns and strategies. Who You Are You're a creatively driven professional with a talent for designing engaging ad creatives and writing compelling copy. You're a strategic thinker with a keen eye for analyzing ad performance and optimizing campaigns. You're highly organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns and client accounts effortlessly, and an exceptional communicator with a commitment to building lasting relationships with your fellow team members. Essential Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for local business clients in an agency setting. Experience managing 15-25 ad accounts simultaneously. Strong proficiency in Canva and copywriting, with a portfolio of successful ad campaigns. Analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and reporting tools to assess campaign performance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships. Preferred Qualifications: A background in marketing or a related field. Experience with marketing automation tools. A proven track record of driving significant improvements in campaign performance through innovative strategies.
