Founded in 2012, Logan Sinclair is a specialist executive search consultancy specialising in front office hiring for asset managers, asset owners, private markets firms, and wealth managers. We are looking to meet candidates at all levels: Analyst, Senior Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, Associate Director, and Director. Part of our screening process is a 200-question personality test and work philosophy test built by our team. Responsibilities: Conduct initial candidate outreach and in-person screening to determine candidate fit as per position specifications Develop sourcing strategies for roles, gather competitive intelligence, and assist in targeted sourcing structures to build market maps Utilise Streak (CRM), LinkedIn, Google Suite, and third party data and job boards to track candidates and workflow Conduct detailed screening and briefing of candidates on responsibilities, salary, and benefits Prepare CVs, submission documents, dashboards, and client updates for live searches Manage interviews, tests, and feedback communication with candidates and clients Maintain a good understanding of clients and industry markets Stay updated on best practices in sourcing tools and technologies Maintain data quality and accuracy in internal databases
