The hours are Tuesday-Saturday 8 am-5 pm, 3 days a week in the office.

What You Will Be Doing
Proficiency in crafting up-to-date, research-based training and professional development that promotes inclusivity, accessibility, and anti-oppressive pedagogy.
Familiarity with relevant educational research, particularly focusing on effective practices for first-generation and historically marginalized students.
Effective and respectful communication skills across various platforms and with diverse audiences, including large groups, individuals, and digital channels.
Capability to create clear, professional, and accessible presentation materials.
Skill in providing constructive feedback to instructors and assessing their professional development needs.
Strong command of online teaching tools such as G-suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Competence in organizing and utilizing cloud storage solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management, prioritizing high-quality work.
Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive communications with discretion.
What You Have To Offer
A Bachelor's degree is a requirement, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in education, social sciences, or related fields.
A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in high school or middle school is necessary. Experience as a lead teacher or school administrator is highly desirable.
A proven dedication to addressing educational disparities for first-generation and historically marginalized students at the high school and college levels is essential.
