Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales; present purchase offers to sellers ? Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers ? Guide as many as 25 to 60 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year ? Help buyers and sellers work through challenges that may arise during the sales transaction ? Keep in touch with past clients to further relationships and develop repeat and referral business Qualifications: ? Current Real Estate License or be willing to get one... we can guide you through the process (this is required) and can be obtained in a short period of time ? Be a problem solver. Possess excellent problem solving skills ? Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude ? Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies ? Serve as a strong advocate for your clients and their goals ? Display excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Be able to clearly understand and explain contracts with the consumers best interest in mind ? Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs ?
