PropertyGrowth is seeking an experienced marketing agency or senior GTM team to design and execute our initial market launch for an AI-powered real estate investment platform. We need a partner who can both develop the strategy and drive hands-on execution to achieve real results. The engagement includes strategy development (beachhead market, investor-led positioning, GTM hypothesis, channel prioritization) and launch execution (campaign deployment, channel management, community building, optimization).Deliverables include a compelling launch narrative, practical 30/60/90-day roadmap with measurable outcomes, and ongoing execution through the first 90+ days post-launch. We will select a partner based on the quality of strategic insight, proven execution capability, and strength of the proposed approach—not agency size or presentation polish. Successful proposals will demonstrate deep understanding of our business model, articulate why their GTM strategy will work for PropertyGrowth, show relevant experience launching similar products, and prove they can both think strategically and execute tactically.We need a partner who can think like an owner and deliver like an operator.
