Representative, Enrollment

We are looking for a representative for enrollment at Molina Healthcare. This role is critical in ensuring that applicants have a smooth and efficient experience when applying for healthcare coverage. The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, strong computer literacy, and a positive, professional attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clear and accurate information to applicants, helping them understand their options, and completing enrollment paperwork. Responsibilities:
-Provide clear and accurate information to applicants regarding their healthcare coverage options
-Help applicants understand their options and complete enrollment paperwork
-Answer any questions applicants may have regarding their healthcare coverage
-Ensure that applicants have a smooth and efficient experience when applying for healthcare coverage
-Maintain a positive, professional attitude when communicating with applicants
-Utilize excellent customer service skills to provide a high level of service
-Accurately enter applicant information into the enrollment system
-Keep up to date on federal and state healthcare regulations
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures
-Provide regular updates and status reports to management.
