The primary objective of this role is to ensure the enforcement of company renewal policies by verifying the accuracy of renewals orders/contracts, ensuring adherence to clean order protocols, inputting and maintaining order and contract data into our record-keeping systems, and assisting the renewals team with contract questions, policy guidance, and combined deals.
