We are looking for a Growth Partner. This is perfect for an Executive Assistant or an Ambitious Professional who wants to stop trading hours for a small salary and start making real commission. You can start this part-time and grow it into a full-time career.
What You Will Do
Your job is to find factory owners and show them how we can help.
ā¢ Find Leads: Find factories that are struggling to keep up.
ā¢ Start Conversations: Send friendly emails and make warm calls.
ā¢ Set the Stage: Get them on a "Diagnostic" call with Alfonso.
ā¢ Stay Organized: Use a simple Google Sheets CRM to track your wins.
How You Get Paid (The Money Map)
This is 100% commission. You are the boss of your own bank account. If you work hard, you get paid a lot.
Your Pay (Commission)
1. The Diagnostic (Check-up) $4,500 $1,1252.
The Quick Win Project $7,500. $1,1253.
Full Immersion (The Fix) $25,000 $3,750
Total Per Client: $6,000. ---The Path to $250,000
How do you hit the big numbers?
Here is the simple math to make $250,000 a year:
ā¢ The Goal: You only need to set appointments so that 3 to 4 full clients a month are closed.
ā¢ The Math: $6,000 (total commission) X $ 3.5 sales per month =$ $21,000 per month.
ā¢ The Result: $21,000 X 12 months = $252,000/year.
Even if you only do half of that, you are still making over $125,000/year part-time.
