Position: Renewal Specialist (Tech Touch) (Remote)

Responsibilities
• Manage all renewal opportunities within your assigned portfolio, researching customer health and account status
• Collaborate closely with Tech Touch CSMs to strategize on accounts and provide a seamless customer experience
• Lead direct conversations with customers to understand their needs and handle objections
• Negotiate optimal contract terms with customers to prevent churn
• Maintain accurate administration of opportunities in Salesforce, including deal sheets
Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in renewals, sales operations, or account management in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts and tasks
• Direct communication skills for leading negotiations and explaining pricing details
• Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail in Salesforce records
• Collaborative approach to build strong working relationships with CSMs
Preferred Qualifications
• Extensive experience with Salesforce
• Experience working with Tech Touch or high-volume customer segments
• Background in SaaS or subscription-based contracts
