The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
Working third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am possibly up to 9 hours
Learning the production processes
Overseeing, leading, motivating, training and correcting three production employees
Being a hands on, working supervisor
Performing set up work including hanging tools, mixing material and loading resin
Cleaning hoppers and grinders
Sampling
The background of the successful candidate will include the following:
Two or more years of plastic injection mold setup experience
Two or more years of plastic injection mold troubleshooting experience
Possess the ability to work third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am (possibly longer) Monday through Friday and possibly Saturday
A solid work history where jobs are not changed every couple years
A US citizen or possess a green card
A residence within 45 minutes
