[Remote/WFM] (Working From Home) Inbound Customer Sales

We believe in flexibility; this hybrid role lets you balance your time between our Remote office and home. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. This role offers a salary package of a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.   Elizabeth Michael is recruiting for a Leading UK insurance provider for sales professionals to join their busy Inbound Sales department on a REMOTE full time, permanent contract. You will need a minimum of 12 months consecutive sales experience in a targeted environment (not retail) and will be highly rewarded with a competitive Salary of £23,000 An a OTE £4,800 (uncapped commission structure)
Equipment will be provided; you will just need your own reliable internet connection.
Hours: 5-week rota. You need to be fully flexible between the hours of 8am  8pm on a 5-week rota. Includes 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in every 5 weekends.

The role youÂll do:
As a Customer Support Advisor in our busy inbound Customer Support & Sales department, youÂll see that customers get a great experience, with problems resolved first time. Using your expert sales skills to give added peace of mind, you will up-sell other products to our customers that best suit their needs. Underpinned by delivering excellent service during conversations, you will truly ensure our customers worlds are kept running.
The experience and skills you need:
 12 months consecutive sales experience in one role within the last couple of years
 A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets
 Proven experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
 Great communication skills  youÂre at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
 A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
 Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly
