Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or tech support is preferred.
Proficient in using social media platforms, especially TikTok.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized.
Familiarity with online collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
