Position Overview:
Hunter's Fund is seeking a Donor Relations Specialist to join our team. In this remote role, you will focus on personally connecting with our valued donors by calling to thank them for their contributions. You will share the mission and impact of Hunter's Fund, listen to donor feedback, and help cultivate strong, lasting relationships. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and growing our donor community through genuine and heartfelt engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
 Make timely thank-you calls to donors to express gratitude for their contributions.
 Share the mission and ongoing initiatives of Hunter's Fund when appropriate.
 Actively listen to donors, answer their questions, and document feedback.
 Cultivate meaningful relationships with donors to deepen their connection to our mission.
 Accurately log donor interactions and update donor records in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
 Collaborate with the Hunter's Fund team to stay informed about campaign updates and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly personable and warm phone presence.
 Excellent customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and engage donors.
 Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud is required.
 Passion for Hunter's FundÂs mission and ability to convey it effectively.
 Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
 Attention to detail and ability to document donor interactions accurately.
 Sales or fundraising experience is a plus!
What We Offer:
 Flexible, remote work (10 hours/week to start) with some weekend requirements
 Competitive pay ($15.00-$20.00 per hour) and paid time off

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Education: High school diploma or higher
Work Location: Remote, Central or Eastern time zone preferred
