Take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional design quality throughout the process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform and improve design decisions.
Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders and receive and incorporate feedback.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team.
Proactively identify and address any design roadblocks or issues that may arise during the development process.
Represent Netflix's design values and standards in all aspects of the role.
