• Virtual Classroom Management: Utilize digital tools and platforms to create an engaging and supportive online learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students.
• Family Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and offering strategies to support learning at home.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Certification: Valid Connecticut teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in special education, with experience in virtual or remote teaching preferred.
• Skills: Strong digital literacy, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of special education practices.
