Key Responsibilities
 Foster positive and supportive interactions with members through various communication methods.
 Clearly articulate services to members and secure their consent for participation in call initiatives.
 Coordinate care actions in accordance with established agreements with health plans and referring providers.
 Initiate prompt outreach to members, verify eligibility, and meticulously document all interactions in line with call center standards.
 Schedule appointments using our designated system to facilitate a smooth experience for members.
 Operate independently from your remote workstation, utilizing company-provided telecommunication systems.
 Adhere to HIPAA regulations and internal company policies during all activities.
 Perform additional tasks related to the call center as necessary.
Required Skills
 Completion of high school diploma or GED; additional college education or medical certification is advantageous.
 Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
 Familiarity with medical terminology and member care is a plus.
 Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly regarded.
 Flexibility to work weekend shifts is an asset.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
 Strong multitasking abilities, including the capacity to navigate multiple digital screens while maintaining accurate call documentation.
 Excellent communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport and adjusting tone to meet caller needs.
 A proactive mindset with a commitment to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
