Skills ? 1 years of dispatching experience, preferably within an HVAC company or similar field ? Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills ? Proficiency in computers and the ability to type 30 words per minute ? Familiarity with MS Word and Excel Responsibilities ? Work primarily in a remote setting, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM ? Be the soothing voice that greets customers during nighttime calls, providing reassurance and assistance ? Maintain a friendly demeanor while answering phone calls and effectively assisting clients ? Promptly dispatch technicians to assist customers and provide them with all necessary job details ?
