1. Manages user experience and queries
2. Realtime user query resolution within defined TAT
Candidates should have:
 Must have appeared in any Govt exams
 Candidates Must be from Noida itself
 Good analytical skills to understand the Govt exams and users
 Command on MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM
 Responsible attitude and keenness towards the Operations role
