What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work part-time hours, Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for documenting patient interactions
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is a plus
