Location: Work from Home till July, then Office in Noida
Shift: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Sunday Off)

Requirements:
• Must have a laptop

Offer Letter: Issued within 1 week of joining

Salary:
• ?10,000 to ?15,000 (based on 10 joining) during training
• Training Period: 3 months (Target-based salary)
• Post Training: Fixed salary + Increment after 6 months

Incentives: Unlimited for extra joining's

Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates
• Schedule interviews with clients
• Follow up to ensure candidates join
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
• Source candidates through the database
• Conduct pre-interview screening
• Hire exclusively for non-IT clients
