Primary Responsibilities

 Guide Clients Through Enrollment: Provide expert advice and assistance throughout the enrollment process
 Address Inquiries: Respond to client questions and concerns, offering clarity and support
 Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless enrollment process
 Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities
What WeÂre Looking For
 Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with clients
 Attention to Detail: Organizational skills to accurately manage records and paperwork
 Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivation and effective time management are essential
 Sales or Customer Service Experience: Preferred but not required
 Proficiency with Technology: Familiarity with virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive) and computer systems
 Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
 Reliable Home Setup: Must have a Windows laptop/PC, stable internet access, and a functioning camera
