[Remote] Youth Success Coach, Alpha Anywhere (Remote) - $60,000/year USD

Crossover is seeking a Youth Success Coach for Alpha Anywhere, a role focused on facilitating high-performance coaching for students in grades 3–8. The coach will partner with students to enhance their academic progress through mindset transformation and personalized coaching sessions. Responsibilities • Facilitating two weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per student, centered on academic target-setting, motivation strategies, and mindset development • Hosting open "office hours" where students access real-time guidance, motivation, or problem-solving support • Leveraging AI tools and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching methodology • Recording observations, alerts, and tactical updates to keep each student on an accelerated growth path • Partnering with your team to exchange methods, escalate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework Skills • Bachelor's degree in any field • Minimum 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating students in grades K–8 • Documented high performance in any domain—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts • Strong virtual communication skills and capacity to build rapport with students rapidly via Zoom/Google Meet • Proficient with dashboards and technology tools for tracking and optimizing performance • Available to work at least 70% of hours between 7am–10pm EST, Monday to Friday, to synchronize with U.S. time zones • Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work • Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
